I made the appointment online for when the service department first opened. Because if that, I was unaware that that early opening was really for people dropping off cars before work and the actual technicians wouldn’t be in until an hour later. So I ended up waiting a good 2 and a half hours for the servicing. But they did a good a job and because of my warranty, I got new air filters for free, so I’m happy.

First, my wait time was less than 10 minutes to get an estimate to repair my 2015 Corvette, for which I had no appointment. Both Cindy (parts & quotes) and Brian (shop manager & Corvette specialist) were most welcoming and gave great care to evaluate the damage and to evaluate my expectations to have my Vette returned in showroom condition. Brian's knowledge (from first working on Vette's with his father) gave me great relief in knowing that he's the expert I want for this project. Cindy's care in preparing a fair estimate was also a great factor. Looking forward to giving my Vette to Brian on June 16th for a first class job!

We waited 2 and a half hours for the service. Even though I had booked a specific service for my car, there was an incredible amount of confusion on why I was there and what needed to be done. It was a standard 7500 mile service on a corvette. After my car was done, my car sat in the service driveway for 20 mins before a representative acknowledged me and checked me out. My car had prints all over it and sweat on the center console that I had to use special cleaner to remove when I got home. I could tell that my car was not handled by someone who appreciated what they were doing or the fact that they were working on an expensive performance car. Such a disappointment.

Took truck in for what appeared to be a bad brake rotor. Was told rotors were fine that I had a bent axle. Autonation replaced axle under warranty but this didn't fix the issue. They then said I had bad brake rotors and they would not warranty them. Truck only had 15,000 miles when the problem started. Always been a Chevy guy but I have had many issues with my last 2 trucks. Maybe time to try a Ford.

It didnt start out great. The service advisor was defensive and argumentative when I expressed disappointment that it wasnt made clear to me that making a 715am appointment wouldn't have my car in the shop until 8 due to the staff not arriving until 8. I had made the 715 appointment so that it wouldn't hinder my work schedule. He blamed the call center, no empathy was shown. He also tried selling me on a warranty, but in the process we discovered something wrong with my title and warranty that I otherwise wouldn't have known. The waiting area wasn't very inviting. Some dealerships have a whole lounge with tables and snacks, to make it feel inviting. There was a small selection of snacks but sodas or anything substantial there was a vending machine and the counter with the snacks was near someone's work desk. Despite the poor communication and the argumentative, non empathetic tone my vehicle was done fairly quickly and it didn't make me as late for work as I had feared. They tried helping me as much as they could with someone else's screw up with my title and warranty but I was never made to feel welcomed or valued. This dealership is the most convenient to where I live. I guess ive just been fortunate that other dealers that ive gone too have made me feel welcome and valued. For convenience I would go back, but I may try another dealer to see if I can feel more valued.

If I make an appointment, they will keep to the schedule. They give me the option to have my appointment at 7:00 am. I arrive and they let me know that no employees arrive until 7:30 am, that the 7:00 am appointment is for those who leave their car and don't wait. They never gave me that option and the person who helped me, very rudely, tells me that the person on the phone who gave me the appointment is from a call center. All the more reason they have to be trained to give that information. The person who started helping me that day should be more professional and not so unpleasant.

I continually stated that I did not want any of the dealer add-ons but was told that they were already put on the vehicle so I HAD to take them. After getting home and going through the paperwork, I found an Auto Nation Dealer added optional equipment list that has things listed that are not included or were included by GM during build adding almost $5000 to the price. For example, $1150 for steps??, $499 for a bed liner??, $299 for tint installed by GM, $995 for blackout??, etc. Even included finish protection and dent repair for three years for $1400. Then at the bottom of the list it says not required for vehicle purchase. What gives??? I can't find on the bill of sale what I paid for and what I didn't, very deceptive.

i explained to Jacque the concerns i had and scheduled an appointment for wednesday. we went over everything again ( change two belts and pulley and front tires feel like the are bouncing making truck feel like it’s shaking) Jacque took my truck at one o’clock as scheduled and everything was done in a timely manner i believe less than two hours and now driving over 60 mph the vehicle handles like a new truck.

All went well and they worked with me in regards to also wanting to replace my air filter and cabin filter that I had already replace and had another 50% usage left . The dark gray color of the filter I used is that way when it’s band new so I explained it didn’t need to be replaced and the onboard tracking also still shows it still has a 50% life left. Any bugs or dust present is normal and shows it’s doing its job.

Went in for an engine mount replacement. Technician took both front wheel off and when he put them back on. One lug nut was stripped. Each wheel had one lug nut loose when I picked it up from service. I tried to loosen all lug nut and they will not come off even with tire bar if I had a flat. They over torque the lugs on my truck. This is not what I expected from the dealer.

I had the run around at two Chevy Dealerships in Jacksonville regarding our transmission. When we moved to Orlando and brought it into AutoNation Chevy - They first of all were much easier to get an appointment with, then second diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and ordered the part. It was a somewhat lengthy process (almost 4 weeks) but it was a transmission and thankfully was under powertrain warranty. Service at the dealer was friendly and Liz was helpful.

Two things to note: first, my appointment was at 4:30 pm, but the paper they gave me at the end says they didn't start until 4:54 pm.I arrived 15 minutes early, at 4:15 pm. Second, this same paper mentions a charge of $11 o $12 for miscellaneous items, but it doesn't specify what those items are.The person who greeted me was very helpful and courteous.

My 2024 Traverse had a major issue and EVERY chevy dealership in the Orlando area was at least 1 to 2 weeks out before they could see me. But AutoNation Airport was able to answer the call. My service agent Jeffrey Rivas did an amazing job! I don't care if it takes me almost an hour from Davenport this is the dealer I will goto for now on! If I could give you 20 stars I would but the limit is 5.

Diagnostics were made within 4 days of leaving my car there (Tue-Fri). Car was returned to me Sat with the engine light "on", when it was not on when I left it. Had it in to determine what was causing a "shudder" on smooth roads between 50 - 70 mph. Recommendation was to change the transmission fluid with 12 Qts $878 and a Transmission Wiring Harness at $1,042 and replace the Serpentine Belt Tensioner? at $791, but no explanation as to how this would stop the "shudder" or turn off the new engine light that appeared while testing the "shudder". To add insult to injury, my "always garaged and spotless" Vette was returned absolutely "filthy" after I asked that it be covered. After reading several C7 Shudder Comments and Corrections for same in the Corvette Forum, I will pursue repair from a more Vette savvy source, especially if I'm going to spend over $2,700 for a 2015 show-car with only 15,621 miles on it.

This was my last free service after buying the car there. They do a good job and the service reps are kind and friendly. But it takes too long when you have to wait there (2+ hours). This was my first experience dealing with the AutoNation Service Department on Semoran Blvd in Orlando. Scheduling the appointment time was a breeze. I had the opportunity to interact with Omar Cordero, the Service Consultant, and he was awesome. I explained to Omar that I had two (2) issues that needed to be resolved (under warranty) and a third issue which I requested to be replaced (Cabin Filter). All three issues were resolved in a very timely manner. During this entire process, Omar kept me aware of what was taking place and the estimated completion time. Omar was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous during this repair process. I left the AutoNation Dealership knowing that my issues were resolved and I was very confident in their abilities.

The highlight was a shuttle service available to drop off and pick me up while the vehicle was being serviced. The lowlight was needing the shuttle because upon my arrival at 9 am, for my appointment, I was informed that there was already a 2 hour backlog for the day. If you can't manage the workflow of appointments by 9am then I won't be back. The need to leave and then be picked up and brought back to the dealership wasted an hour of my day. In addition, the service was adequate - I was informed that my tires and brakes were okay (which is kind of pointless for a vehicle with 5000 miles on it). I was not informed whether the oil filter was changed, which necessitated corresponding with the service representative.

Almost 5 months of back and fourth between them and the extended warranty to have my car fixed. They told us there were three areas that needed to be replaced but only two were covered while the third they were overcharging us at $1300, 100 was for the part and 1200 in labor. We said cover the warranty and we will go elsewhere for that last part. Come to find out it was not the reason for our oil leak. Instead they put an old front main seal, did not check the two up top and did not replace the seals like they were supposed too when removed. They replaced the timing gasket but did not others which they claim isn’t covered under their warranty. Shotty work done by a shotty dealership along with a service manager who allows it as well as talks down to the female customer.

I purchased my vehicle at your dealership in 2021 and the experience was great for the first two years of getting my oil changes done at the dealership. Everything was great but recently the constant over pricing and overselling has become disappointing. You have a lot of people sitting around drinking coffee. There’s no real good customer service. It’s all about how much you’re willing to spend and how much I got out of you for the end goal of the day you see it in their eyes you see it in their demeanor and you certainly hear it in their way they presenting the so-called work you need to get done on your vehicle. Also, now you have to pay their merchant fees to pay with your credit card so now you transfer those fees to the customer it’s really bad. Why would you ask for feedback when you know that you guys are doing a horrible job to the customers well there you go here’s my feedback. Your dealership has lost what truly makes a company successful giving quality service for a good price instead your company is gives high prices and very low quality. I recently went for an oil change and it took me 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change and I had an appointment and it was cold that morning, and there was no one attending to the customers outside. I waited a half hour before having to go inside and telling them that I was here for my appointment. and every other customer did the same thing so needless to say there was a very long line at the service department, so if your question is, what can we do to make your experience get rid of everyone and start fresh educate people. The customer service is not how much money a person has in their wallet but the quality of service that they get where they feel that the money was well spent . Good luck.

Omar took care me quickly as my traverse just died. It was an alternator. He was so kind and they ordered a new one for the next day. It showed up and they made sure it was reset and corrected.

Terrible, I scheduled an appointment to check a back camera that wasn't working and after a week of my truck staying in the dealer, Mr. Omar called me and suggested that the box installed on the vehicle was not done by a Chevrolet authorize dealer, instead he asked if a private person did it. I explained to him that I bought that truck in Dale Earnhardt Jr Tallahassee with the box included in 2023, they delivered the truck to my home. I called Dale Earnhardt an explain to them the situation, they offered to fix it themselves, but i live in Windermere, FL not Tallahassee. Dale Earnhardt rep told me that Auto Nation should honor the warranty. Chevrolet is Chevrolet, that's what i though, but is evident that is not. I wish i could know that before. Now, i have to fix the back camera some place else as per the service director of Auto Nation Ian McKenzie and Mr. Omar. Unacceptable in all the ways I can see it
